La película de Agustí Villaronga ha sido la seleccionada para representar a España, tanto en los Oscar como en los Ariel de México. Esto ha causado el reestreno de la cinta, que ya ha podido verse en internet, televisión y está disponible para su compra en cualquier tienda.

La Academia española ha elegido la terna de películas para representar a España en los Oscar y los Ariel, eligiendo en ambos casos a las mismas cintas.
